Last year at some point, our family took notice of the way we were eating food and how much it was eaten. Groceries we were buying every week (at both the store and the farmers` market), which would have been fine if we were actually cooking it all at home. But that wasn`t the case, straight ahead we weren`t doing a great job in the actual meal planning part, ordering of the food far more frequently at our home became a norm.
